Breathwork only requires that you BREATHE. No talking is involved. PHEW! I incorporate my Coaching skills into all my Breathwork classes. Therefore, you are accomplishing a considerable amount throughout the practice, as well as, concluding with a new tool(s) for your toolbox. I am guiding you and supporting you the entire time! Come with an open mind, surrender, and breathe.

The more you participate in your Breathwork practice the more your life will be transformed. YOU are driving the process, which means the specifics will depend on where you are at in this stage of your life journey AND where you are at when you lay down to BREATHE on your mat. Each time is going to be different and unique to YOU.
