I wasn't always here. For most of my life, I felt lost, unseen, and unworthy. I know what it's like to feel trapped in patterns that aren't truly yours, to question your worth, to wonder where you belong. And I also know what it's like to finally break free.

You're Not Alone. Here's How I know...

I spent decades feeling lost, angry, and abandoned—but I also felt like a chameleon. I didn’t know who I was because I had learned to adapt, to put on a brave face, to smile, and to make sure no one ever saw what was happening behind closed doors. I became whatever I needed to be in the moment to stay safe, to avoid conflict, to survive. In doing so, I lost myself—because, in truth, I never really knew myself to begin with.

People-pleasing became second nature. I spent years anticipating what others needed, shifting and shaping myself to keep the peace. But deep down, I didn’t want to be seen or heard. It felt safer that way. I wasn’t really present in my own life—I was more like a ghost in the room, just existing. Alone. Unseen. Unworthy. Not just unworthy of love, but unworthy of anything good. Unworthy of taking up space. Unworthy of having a voice. Unworthy of belonging.

For so long, I felt like I had no real place in the world—like I was on the outside looking in, waiting for permission to exist, to be enough, to have a seat at the table. About 10 years ago, in my early 40s, something shifted. A deep healing session cracked something open in me, and I knew I couldn’t keep carrying the weight of a story that wasn’t mine. That realization led me to Boulder, Colorado, where I trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, and later Breathwork—not just to heal myself, but to help others break free too. What started as foundational training eventually led to my certification at the master level in all three modalities.

Because I know what it’s like to feel trapped, to question your worth, to wonder where you belong. And I also know what it’s like to finally step into freedom—to claim your space, your voice, your purpose.

My Mission

as an Inner Mastery Coach is to guide you in letting go of limiting beliefs, inappropriate, unwarranted, and stuck emotions that no longer serve you, so you can live a life of peace, joy, and authenticity. I'm here to give you the tools to make that shift, tools that will empower you to create lasting change.

you've tried all the things - the self help books, journaling, gratitude lists, meditation, manifesting. You've recognized yourself in the pages of those books, nodding along, thinking Me too. And yet, despite doing "all the right things," change still feels elusive.

Some days, you wonder, What's wrong with me? Why isn't this working? Am I too broken? The more you try, the heavier it feels, as if the answers are just out of reach.

You're carrying so much - stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, fears, guilt, shame, phobias, coming from lack-and some of it isn't even yours to begin with. Maybe it was handed down through generations, shaped by the environment you grew up in, or simply absorbed along the way without you realizing it.

Think about it: When did you decide you were afraid of heights? Or when did you decide you weren't good enough? Or when did you decide your bank account can never go above a certain amount? Sometimes, these beliefs get packed into a backpack of "crap" that we unknowingly lug around, weighing us down, shaping our lives without ever questioning them.

Here's the thing: You can stop carrying it at anytime. You can unpack it, examine what's inside, and decide what truly belongs to you and what doesn't. Keeping what serves you and letting go now of what no longer does.

I Believe

in the power of transformation and the resilience of the human spirit. We all have the capacity to heal, grow, and evolve-no matter where we are on our journey. I believe that our past does not define us, but the meaning we give it can shape our future. True change happens when we become aware of the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve us and consciously choose a new path forward.

I believe that healing is a personal and deeply empowering process. Each of us carries the strength and wisdom to release what's holding us back and step into our true potential. It's never too late to rewrite the story, and no challenge is too big to overcome.

Coaching

I am the founder of Sh!ft-ology™, and internationally certified in Breathwork, and hold Master-Level certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy®️, and Integrated Breakthrough Coaching. Each of these modalities is designed to help you release the "backpack" of limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional baggage you've been unconsciously carrying.

What sets my approach apart is the depth of knowledge and experience I bring to every session. Having these advanced modalities allows me to use precise language and unconscious techniques to guide you through Breathwork in a way that promotes positive change while avoiding reinforcing old patterns. This ensures that every session is not only impactful, it's also safe and aligned with your goals.

At the heart of my work is a focus on uncovering the root cause of what's holding you back-whether it's unworthiness, fear, limiting beliefs, and helping you release what no longer serves you.

Breathwork

Join me for a unique modern approach to Conscious Connected Breathing, where you'll flow with a curated mix of music, those tracks that make you want to get up and dance. Why should releasing stuck, stored emotions and limiting beliefs be done to boring music? My sessions are designed to be dynamic and refreshing while also deeply healing and restorative.

In just one session, you can experience profound peace, calm, and relief from stress, anxiety, and hidden emotions. This beautiful transformational healing modality requires no previous experience or special tools, just your willingness to breathe and release whatever arises.

As you breathe, you'll be rewarded with relaxation, clarity, joy, forgiveness, self-love, and emotional balance. Many participants also report improved sleep and a deeper connection to their body.

Breathwork is powerful, and things can surface that you weren't consciously aware of. Emotions, thoughts, and insights will unfold uniquely, shaped by where you are in your life journey at that moment.

You are in the driver's seat, guiding the process as you lay down on your mat to breathe.

Breathwork Benefits

Breathwork only requires that you BREATHE. No talking is involved. PHEW!  I incorporate my Coaching skills into all my Breathwork events, so you not only add new tools to your toolbox, you also are accomplishing a considerable amount more throughout the practice. I am guiding you and supporting you the entire time! Come with an open mind, surrender, and breathe.

REMEMBER: It's called Breath WORK for a reason! Things can and will come up including things you may not be consciously aware of. Choosing to show up is you choosing to do the work. If you're not ready yet that's okay too.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

  1. BRING:

    a mat and/or blanket, an eye mask OR scarf to cover your eyes, a journal and a pen. It’s suggested you don’t eat for a few hours before event. Dress comfortable in layers/blanket – Some get cold and some get hot during Breathwork. An open mind.

  2. ARRIVAL TIME:

    Doors will open at the scheduled event time. Please plan to arrive promptly, as the event will begin 15 minutes after the time you signed up for.

  3. LOCKED DOORS:

    For the comfort and focus of all participants, the doors will be locked once the event begins. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Always practice in a safe environment-never while in water, at heights, or while operating a vehicle. If you have chronic or acute health issues, please consult a doctor before practicing. If you are pregnant, we do not recommend practicing Breathwork.
